Greetings!
My name is Lori Bengtson.
I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Emotion Coach.
I do a form of Energy Healing work called The Emotion Code, where I help folks literally get rid of their emotional baggage. The technique works to identify and release trapped emotions in the body causing pain or energy blocks.
In the The Emotion Code Book, renowned holistic physician and teacher Dr. Bradley Nelson skillfully lays bare the inner workings of the subconscious mind. He reveals how emotionally-charged events from your past can still be affecting you. Emotional energy can become trapped in the body when we are overwhelmed or traumatized, when our defenses are down, or when we are unable to fully process emotions. In addition, blocking or “stuffing” an emotion can cause it to become trapped. Using muscle testing we simply rely on the wisdom of the subconscious mind and body to lead the way to release the negative emotions, with the wave of a magnet.
Dr. Nelson explains how trapped emotions can create pain, malfunction and eventual disease.
In addition, trapped emotions can exert a dramatic effect on how you think, the choices you make, and how successful you will be.
Did you know that your conscious mind is only 10% of your brain? The other 90% is your subconscious mind which is like a computer that records every single thing you have ever done and experienced in your entire life.
So, by communicating with your subconscious mind you can bring up trapped emotions that your body may be harboring to release.
The subconscious knows exactly what effect these emotions are having on your physical, emotional, and mental well being.
Releasing Trapped Emotions
Often results in the sudden disappearance of physical problems, self-sabotage, and recurring relationship difficulties. It actually can assist you in reconnecting with your self and taking your power back!
- The "Heart-Wall"
Perhaps the greatest discovery Dr. Nelson has made is that trapped emotional energies will often gather
around the heart, creating a "Heart Wall" that may block you from giving and receiving love freely. Many times emotions will collect around the heart, literally building a wall of energy in order to "protect" the heart from emotional pain. This "Heart-Wall" can cause physical symptoms, making it harder for the body to heal itself. This protecting can become no longer needed and be ready to release.
The heart is actually the core of our being; it is the center of our soul, the seat of the subconscious mind, and our creativity.

It's been phenomenal! It's been exactly six days and I have felt
the shifts all the way. I have intuitively isolated myself a bit because I
have some moments of "______" (don't have words for it) that I feel need to
be ridden out alone. All in all, I can't wait to finish deconstructing this
